Since its a growing company, stringent employee welfare policies are yet to be formed. But, given the background of the founders, I am sure with growing business and team strength, this would be addressed too.

Likes

1. MD & CEO of company is very cooperative & inspired personalities. They are always ready to sort out problem's of employees with best option of solution. 2. They make each employee feel like a leader on a same organisational goal . 3. Open door policy. In this organisation employee can present his or her viewpoint without hesitation.

Dislikes

They can make improvements in allotment of work according to skillset of perteculer resource.

Many reviews given here are management chatu. do not believe. you will join company and see. current team may hav told dem to give review. i am old employee from 2022. management from Pune kolte patil kpdl. i heard from market that management is fraud in kpdl. Now they changed the name to vibe real estate services / advisory. All same company and people. So many names open but same company and management. Most people who given reviews have left company. I am in touch with sales person. I get to know. No work process - no direction. Only hire and fire. Employee leaves in max. 6 months. Incentives not on time.
