I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The organizational environment for ladies is very good. I have learn many new things day to day. The person who works at Urban Unit can work anywhere in the GIS/RS market.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no career growth which make many employees disappointed. Also the preference of foreign qualified people create a depressed environment to even local qualified M.phil people or PhD's.
