Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The work life balance is what I love the most here, while all the other organizations operation on a 9 or 9.5 hours basis. We at thought bulb have a work culture of 7 working hours.

Opportunities to work for the international clients and create a professional environment for internal external stakeholders. The work that we do at 12th is extremely intellectual and help other teams to learn teambuilding.

Sometimes the work can get overloaded, but it is part of the job and one thing that I would like to add that the company can improve is how they manage their staff in terms of giving them credit
