I haven't worked here but however I got a job offer from them

Aftr receiving a job offer based on experience they said my salary would be 20 k plus night shift bonus of 5 k that makes it 25k... Later some other person contacted me and said u have to manage jus the bank payment and some crap and that my salary would be 12 k I didn't really get their process of hiring cadets for any position without knowledge of banking how can they ask me to change my line... very much disappointed by their approach... however the owner has to look into this matter....n c through that such foolishness doesn't take place

**Warning: Unprofessional Firm with No Job Security** I worked at " The Technology Maker" for 4-5months and my experience was a nightmare from start to finish. This company has absolutely no respect for boundaries—be prepared for them to pry into your personal life at every opportunity. They will micromanage you to an extreme, asking invasive questions about your personal affairs that have no bearing on your work. Job security is non-existent here. They have no hesitation in firing people on a whim, regardless of their performance or dedication. There is no proper HR department to address these issues because, shockingly, this company isn't even registered. This means that your experience here won't count for anything at a legitimate company. Forget about using this experience to apply to other firms; they'll see it as a red flag. The lack of professionalism extends to all aspects of their operations. The work environment is toxic, with favoritism and gossip running rampant. If you value your privacy, career, and sanity, steer clear of "The Technology Maker" at all costs.
