Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Its a reputed and well known group of companies, job security and stability is good, also working environment is good for all employee. Learning and skill development point of view the organization is not outstanding but yes there is promotion on based of tenure but salary is not matched with market.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Old working culture deter growth and also there is very slow pace management I have seen in this group
