I really enjoy working at The Space Element because it gives me the opportunity to lead and innovate. Being a part of the "Nagpur Darshan" project has been especially rewarding, as I get to apply my full-stack skills with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and more while contributing to something meaningful. The experience is helping me grow both technically and as a team leader, and I feel valued in my role here.

Dislikes

There isn’t much I’d say I dislike about working at The Space Element, but sometimes, balancing multiple responsibilities while meeting project deadlines can be challenging. It’s a fast-paced environment, which is great for growth, but it also requires strong time management and prioritization skills.
