Nothing,no job security,they hire you and then when the task gets completed they give you either heigher target or any lame reason and they fire you,no long term job security

Dislikes

Hire and fire, mental harrasment and no actions if it is done by heigher management,instead they fire you and treat you like it is your fault to be good

Likes

One thing i like about the company is the work culture and the most important thing is dedication towards work and team spirit. I would really like work here continuously, because as an organisation they are giving ample number of opportunities to grow our careers.

There is nothing i could say negative about this organisation, since i am enjoying my work here.

Likes

Team mates are very cooperative.they are not well trained but they like to learn new things. If i talk about appraisal its like 5%.and the main thing is growth its not happened here

Dislikes

Maximum time facing problem with operation needed thing. E. G. -cutlery. Crockery etc.
