Nothing,no job security,they hire you and then when the task gets completed they give you either heigher target or any lame reason and they fire you,no long term job security

Dislikes

Hire and fire, mental harrasment and no actions if it is done by heigher management,instead they fire you and treat you like it is your fault to be good

Team mates are very cooperative.they are not well trained but they like to learn new things. If i talk about appraisal its like 5%.and the main thing is growth its not happened here

Dislikes

Maximum time facing problem with operation needed thing. E. G. -cutlery. Crockery etc.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
