So, firstly work place is max toxic management is super bad employees are depressed because of their senior’s behaviour towards them , Bad mental health Bad clients toxic No respect for agency side Seniors bully even 20-21 years olds Seniors busy smoking and flirting with other employees Major hierarchy system Seniors just know one thing how to escalate and exaggerate a topic which can be handle by them swiftly Senior’s & cluster head thinks as if they are the owners of the company their attitude is even bigger then the owners Good company filled with arrogant employees.
