The school has a good work life balance. Another plus point is teachers come from various cultural backgrounds who are happy to collaboration.

Dislikes

Being an esteemed institution, the school should invest in professional development rather than investing in tactics to advertise the school itself. Trained teachers in terms of pedagogical and technological skills are expected to unlearn and learn chalk and talk way of teaching under the pressure of a colleague teaching the same subject and holding a higher position. I would never like work at this place again as I already wasted my one year here wherein my takeaway was zero learning. I would request the management to stop playing with the lives of children in order to satisfy their personal ego and fear. 21st century school is far far to be achieved. They are still living in the era of 19th Century!

The staff was very cooperative, though there was politics but I still had an amazing experience working there.

Dislikes

The politics and the fact that when i hot pregnant the principal forced me to write resignation and told me that I was liability to them even after being promoted as HOD Science. The retention ability was full with my students. We as working women in India should support each other but I was made to resign from my post just because I was pregnant, which is illegal but I cooperated and wrote the resignation as the work culture was made bitter from those days onwards
