I love the fact that I was a part of this amazing customer centric team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client Base. Personally I've had an amazing experience working there with immense learning and constant motivation to achieve something great. Also, the work atmosphere is something that I really loved and it wasn't a work place but a home away from home. Although I was new to that place, I've never felt any difficulty in any ways and my boss had always been there for us and he had really been an inspiration to all of us in the team. Having worked with a team that encourages you by all means (Incentives as a token of appreciation, training in the best ways and creating leadership qualities) is a gift that one can cherish and I'm thankful for Naukri for this opportunity and TSL for believing in me.

Honestly there's not a single thing that strikes my mind. I wouldn't say everything was just so right, but it takes a company like TSL to happily take employees feedback and bring in changes and developments and in that way the team TSL is definitely growing every day.
