Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Only one thing I really liked about this company is that they hired me for a week just as soon as I asked for a vacancy.

Dislikes

Everything else. The content editor Ms.Bakshi thinks she’s way too good for words. the inexperienced content writers know nothing, they show no effort, and she will also never say something good about your content. The bad ones, she will point our quickly. Oh and she will remove you from the team without any prior notice.
