I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Ok, not so great. But good work life balance

Dislikes

Company policies are only in paper and not followed. Notice pay buy out is only for a few whom they don't like and HR let go off other employees who do not serve full notice period and also quit without information.

* No scope for learning or growth * Poor work life balance: constantly on calls for 8 hours a day without break * Middle level management not primed for growth. They have no agency or authority and insist on quantity work rather than quality work. They are proud of how mediocre their standards are.
