not fix time of work push for the work which is impossible in given time limit some times have to work on Sundays official hours are 8 but all days work goes beyond 10 hours

The working culture is good almost like a family yes but there is always few negative people present within them who will make nuisence

Salary is the main concern. Compare to 9 hrs work on that marketing too the salary is too low

Supportive staff and proper training is given by bank to it's employees.good bank for learning but not recommended to work till retirement.

Various targets i.e casa, insurance, fd, sip mutual fund, credit card etc and low salary as compared to sales pressure and targets. You need to do both operations and marketing at less salary.

No growth. No opportunity. To much of pressure. You have to exceed you shift hours. To much pressure form zonal head. Instead of helping or supporting or understanding the problem all they do is shout to the JO and even tell the Branch manager to do the same.Targets are unachievable but in case of you achieve the target you will get dairy milk from zonal head.
