In this situation still everyone's job is safe.If some are sitting but getting some money from company without work.

Only small thing is employees have to sit for a longer time without work during covid 19

During my time I really like the facilities provided by the Residence Zanzibar. All local peoples including junior & senior management level were very much supportive. Although having a very bad working conditions in Bakery & Pastry b'caz of so many main equipments were out of order but due to a nice team members I was able to handle the day to day operation properly & smoothly.

Dislikes

In my time work environment were little hectic as so many main equipments were out of order since I joined. Too much same nationality ( South Africa) members' in the senior management label. General manager & her family ( Husband & adopted daughter & Son- in- law) . The FnB Manageress ( from South Africa ) was not presentable & not fit for that position. B'caz of her I had to resign.
