...es, providing natural medicines (kashayam) to employees during rainy season etc. Paid full salary for all employees during covid lockdown. When come to work, in the direct taxation team, they've given freedom to work and bosses are supportive. (I can't say the same for other departments like accounts). Since I have been working in the taxation team, I have travelled to income tax offices at Madurai, Bangalore, Trichy, Coimbatore once in 6 months.

Dislikes

Only demerits is not good in work allotment in the a/c department.

Good job for safely secured salary but there is no individual performance review system here. Which means all are equal.

Not updated one still old traditonal practices it will take time to improve further. And also no individual performance review system. Also during covid there is no clarity for work from home situation mainly focused only corp rest other locations no proper guidelines work from home or office and full dilema.

Prompt salary by deducting variable pay without showing in our payslip

I worked for 14 yrs with this company, they cheated me by not giving variable pay of an amount Rs 2,70,000/- by showing the reason that I have joined in competitor company. Variable pay is my salary deduction in Annual CTC*. *Don't trust the company* in Bonus or Variable pay they are cheating the employees like me. Employee can join wherever he want, company has to settle the benefits of employee after leaving the job.

Their is job security in the company that’s is best portion of the company that’s y there r old ppl in same company from long period and leading to heavy organisational politics. N no scope of betterment in the job have to follow what is been followed from time

... Micro management of the staff Tracking of the staff n no fixed working hours Worst pay grade in the industry False promises in the term of monetary benefits, they say bonus as part of CTV but they ll not pay it saying, Bonus is the part of company decision and not part of CTC.
