...latest technology. Having own security systems, softwares, inhouse trainers etc. Salary Package is average and the growth is consistent. Dont expect sudden carrier growth. Minimum 3 years is required for promotion and 1 year for probation. Overall its a nice company.

Prompt salary by deducting variable pay without showing in our payslip

I worked for 14 yrs with this company, they cheated me by not giving variable pay of an amount Rs 2,70,000/- by showing the reason that I have joined in competitor company. Variable pay is my salary deduction in Annual CTC*. *Don't trust the company* in Bonus or Variable pay they are cheating the employees like me. Employee can join wherever he want, company has to settle the benefits of employee after leaving the job.

...re people working under them...they think as they are the owner's for company...for variable pay which will be 0.5 factor of cumulative monthly basic..the people working under them should do what the do ..without providing proper resources...they enjoy companies faculties to the fullest and ignore the people who work for them ...Transfers are not done if your mother or father in dying position they won't care ...for promotions if the HOD tell you to dance you have to dance and you should inform him secretly everything other employees what they are discussing about that HOD...if you sincerely work..you get more work and bad name ..no increment and no promotion...shift timings are very different here ...for every two days shift changes ..3 shift changes in one week ..they think a person who joins to work here should think just about duty...not about family.for 1 day leave you have to inform 1 month earlier ..if not your leave will not be granted...with minimal manpower and heavy work and mental pressure...person join here will get bp sugar and many other diseases very fast...no proper medical facilities provided ...no cafeteria ..this company works on cost cutting criteria.. the contract the give work ..work with minimal equipment and manpower... horrible experience there...in which company asst manager works for 3.2 lpa😃 don't get into this trap

... Micro management of the staff Tracking of the staff n no fixed working hours Worst pay grade in the industry False promises in the term of monetary benefits, they say bonus as part of CTV but they ll not pay it saying, Bonus is the part of company decision and not part of CTC.
