I like the culture of work, people are like family members,lots to learn as I was new to this industry.People address with high respect when you say your are from TPML / DH / PV. All are very supportive. Happily all employees facing lots of challenges to put forth the company in the front in view of big development.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Sometime needs to work more than 10hrs.

It is the best working environment compared to other print industries. Work basics and culture is to the par. Management is very good

Teammates needs to get upgraded as per today's industry norms , most of the employees are working past 20 to 30yrs

the company is open to innovation and expansion of business, there is an opportunities to showcase our skills and experiences

learning work environment is very pathetic,due to lack of communication between teams and falls commitment from the higher authority, there is no win and win situations

Colleagues will eventually become friends.. and training is given in live environment... training will be given by senior colleagues.

Dislikes

Appraisals are waste here, only for namesake.. also there will be huge differentiation between technical and non technical staff
