Great client accounts to work on, good training and mentorship programmes, good colleagues and can build cross functional relationships easily.

Dislikes

Manger was toxic and a horrible human being and had to complain to the higher management and HR numerous times about their behaviour so that they could take some action. Well issues like these must be resolved immediately.
