The working space is less and management need to provide best chairs for sitting, plastic chairs are not flexible for employees to sit 8 hours in a day.

It was an awesome working for The Placement Park, Visakhapatnam. I love the fact that I was a part of such a good company. And as a result, I used to go for campus drives to take up the interviews. And I'm proud to say that I have been trained by Mr.Sharukh, Centre Head of the organization. He have supported me to improve my skills and I actually found my talent, my capabilities to work hard as I'm passionated towards my job role. And I have good team members who are so proactive in nature.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
