Here, people have such designations that they don't deserve. After all, owner Ma'am Shoubari is so helpful; she helps every single person of this orgainsation and well-being.

People who hold power but don't deserve to be here are misusing their rights in different ways. They always try to make the other person (junior to them) feel low and inferior.
