This place can be best described as one with a polished front end appearance but severely dysfunctional operations behind the scenes. Daily activities are marked by chaos, mismanagement, shouting and fighting creating a highly stressful environment. The senior most employee engages in substance abuse on the job and professionalism is expected out of 22-25 year olds freshly out of college. The worst part is that this has been called out by so many employees (now ex) but that certain individual is protected by the founder(s). No formal paperwork at the time of joining, everything is verbal and words are minced and changed to suit the management's narrative at every opportunity. Save yourself the torture and don't join
