1) Bonu / Varaible pay is deferred, Company has not paid yet every month it is postponing 2) No leaves granted for even a social or religious function. 3) Pathetic culture 4) For single thing approval required of 5 people 5) No allowances for late seating , No food facility or snacks provided for late seating or no allowances. 6)No flexi hours in a week 7)very stressful 8) 8.30 to 9 hours shift daily basis very hectic.

Worst management, no salaries increments, no people management, no HR Support, No HOD support, High politics!! Never joined this Co. Pan India 300 Employees lay-off in Sept'2020.

There is a no support from HOD & HR, no salaries increments, no career growth!! Very poor work culture, Only big malls & properties but never respect staff, never care for employees. I m not recommend to any one to join in this co.

Toxic managers, revenge and Grudge, Spoiling employees KRA for their self satisfaction. Holding promotions, blocking growth path and always blaming us foe their mistakes by poor decision making skills.

Salary is always on time.

Company is good but work culture and the environment in very bad totally exploitation of the employees who are on the lower designation if anyone is on third party payroll than in that case they are only puppet of their senior, no proper increment no job security no promotion.
