New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

There was nothing much tobpike about The Pathweavers.

Dislikes

...ys mentioned by compang in a holiday calendar and never compensatw you for that. No proper salary structure. There is no fix and proper time for salary payment. Salary payment will be done as per the mood of the company's CEO. If employee reaign from a company with proper notice perios and handover then company will give every stupid reason to not give employee's dues. Lots of pressure. CEO is choice of words and attitude is very bad to treat employee.

nothing! Pathweavers is the worst ever company. Didn't pay my 1month salary.

Dislikes

...months they started telling you have to come to the office this is our policy, and when i left they didn't pay my 1 month salary.

There is nothing to like anything about The Pathweavers

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike about company no work culture, no work life balance, holidays are only to add in holiday calendar but not for Employee, behaviour towards employee is like they are slave of a company, CEO behaviour is very rude and arrogant towards employee, they want to do recruitment in 3 days, salary is very low.
