It was a very bad experience. Salary was never paid on time. Now all the expenses and salary of the last 3 months have been withheld. The company has not yet been able to get the stock of the goods ready for supply for the work that I was hired to do.

Personally, I like the creativity that p4 is including in education curriculum. It is a company, giving me a broad platform to use my skill set and flexibility to come out with extraordinary outputs. They're giving me a great financial stability. I would highly recommend working at THE P4. It is a great company with a great culture, and the work is challenging and rewarding.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
