...worst experience ever at Oxford College of Engineering, Bommanahalli, Bangalore. Primarily, in terms of salary it is not transparent! Terms and policies are no where correlated to the AICTE norms! The management doesn't have any solid base, the policy is bound to change as per its whims and fancies. Personally, the institution suck the blood of faculty and treat as a slave where interrogating the management becomes a threat, and fraternity choose the way to remain silent! Leave policy is the worst, one year has to be completed for a new joinee to avail monthly CL, else it will consider as LoP. Workload at its utmost which is not congruent to the salary. The institution has PhD for 'NOT' being faculty friendly campus!

Everything is a dislike. No good washrooms. No water in wash room. No drinking water. No paid maternity leave. After maternity leave you are considered as probationary earn your leaves. No respect from administrations. We should beg for our leaves. No benefits at all. Unnecessary paper work. Teachers review based on all students who doesnt attend class also. Mark's should be given at d end irrespective of d student attendance or internals. Lift doesn't work always. I can go on n on n on...
