Small company but a listed so could learn over all corporate functions

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

As it is a PSU, it is with lot of non qualitative people in the organization. Further, because of the faulty system of selection procedure of PESB, people with nos of years of experience only but without quality of experience and appetite for growth of company gets placed in Board level. People with inappropriate knowledge and expertise there have caused career worry for able officials there.
