Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...tion, now a days these exams became too hard, in 5 years you will get promoted Salary : not so good not too bad Travel : not much traveling for few posts, few posts are only for traveling Politics : very very high politics, unions Work environment : Good Innovation : Not recognizing Work - life balance : yes.

I feel like working with such good company help me a lot to improve my skill and communication with people.. but personally I feel like we should change our policy pattern providing online insurance service in Mediclaim and in accident cases on the spot to our customer can be beneficial for our company. It’s help us connect with more customer just like every online shopping there is customer service providers are available to solve your queries. We should also improve our bond with customer to gain their trust and support.. because improving public relations can be more useful to gain our reputation and customers…
