The biggest thing that I appreciate about TOS is the transparency in the policies. Yes, it is the best place for professional and personal growth. You get expertise in your management and communication skills. I also love the way TOS cares about the staff members. Here the employees are actually nurtured to get the best qualities out of them. I have discovered so many good qualities in me which has helped me to enhance my job profile. There is no short cut to success, this is not the culture here. But at the same time hardwork, honesty, dedication is observed and is acknowledged in TOS. Freedom with responsibilty is also one of its culture which I appreciate a loads. TOS is just the right place for my holistic growth. I am proud to be an Orchidian. Thank you.

To be true, till date I have no dislikes because whenever I had a question related to any new policy or culture been brought up by TOS, I directly approached the Director of our School, Dr. Lakshmi Kumar. She has actuallyreasoned out so many things to me. And its then I realised that there is a reason behind each decision. The decisions are taken keeping in mind the bigger picture. And this is the only institute where the doors of The Director, The Pricipal, The V.P., The U. H. Or be it the Co-Ordinator are always open. This is unique.
