I have overall more then 4 years of working experience, in which I have worked more than 5 organizations. I like many things about The Nudge Foundation which is better here then other organization. 1 . The Nudge Foundation always take care of mental health of their employees 2 .This foundation offers good amount of training and development programs, it helps employee to grow in their carrier. 3 .The Nudge foundation values all employees in hierarchy from top to bottom.

Dislikes

Being a non profit organization The nudge foundation pay less salary in compare to corporate.

A lot of learning, self starter environment, good mentorship from industry leaders

Dislikes

Appraisals are not transparent, wage disparity not at par with one's educational background, but only number of years of experience

Value. Working for a meaningful purpose.

Dislikes

Job safety for vendors than the inside talent/skill. No recognition/appreciation of achievements made. Looks like new management is corrupted/ too many politics for when vendors vs in house talent.

I don't like behavior of TLs putting the more pressure, HR can not understanding what happened in the work place.... she send a mail then totally I loosed my job in the nudge...

Dislikes

they can not understanding the tell caller issues they see sign-ups.... we seeing about quality but they want target.... this not good thing

I felt very good while working at the The/Nudge Institute. Though it was a work from job as Trainer, I still learned lots of skills like empathy, collaboration and resilience. It always gave a positive mindset while working there.
