...eveloper as unskilled worker. - Not have any respect for experienced developer - No salary growth - Making fool to employee by use less bond and hr policy - No freedom - Fire many employee in the COVID and also not provide the experience letter to them. - Ruined many fresher carrier

When I first joined One Technologies, the environment was great, and the company felt friendly and welcoming to employees. However, things changed drastically when the new HR joined.

Dislikes

Since the new HR's arrival, they've stopped Fun Fridays, annual trips, and other enjoyable activities. Additionally, they implemented a restrictive policy prohibiting the use of mobile phones. The company's only aim seems to be to turn employees into laborers, requiring them to work for 8 hours and 45 minutes straight without any flexibility. Moreover, the company currently has no substantial work, so they are constantly looking for reasons to fire employees. This creates a stressful and demoralizing work environment. As an employee of One Technologies, I can say that the changes have made this company a place where employees no longer feel valued or motivated.

Terrible experience throughout the tenure. One of the worst company I ever worked for. Special advice to all the freshers, do not join this company, as this company will bond you for two years and literally your growth will be stopped there.

Advice to all, never join this company. Take review from the EX employees, you will see the real picture of the company management team and HR team. Just after joining this company, I was surprised to see many sr. candidates started moving out of this company due to bad atmosphere, bad experience with the team, management, HR and policies. This is same for each departments, almost has faced the horrible experience at each level. Strict Bond The company will expect you to work in each of the project even you are delicately working with client. Terrible experience in appraisal HR team never supported any candidates

Everything is bad in this company, the overall atmosphere is very Ruf and Tuf unprofessional atmosphere. Strict Policy, All the policy rules are in favor of the company only When you complete one year then they will suddenly change the policy for you Compulsory bond for one year, but when you complete one year they will ask bond each time All the perks they are offering are fake They are saying 250+ staff, I bet you go and count not even strength of 150 An unprofessional HR team just obeys the command of management Worst company I ever worked for.
