Does not believe in frequent training sessions, some employees get extra benefits, even salary scale and benefits are not standard and they do not hire for the role as per experience criteria.

Everything is excellent in nuance. Can't find another company like nuance. Management and salary structure are excellent.

Only thing, as a pioneer of transcription, scribing, and other health process, it gave work to IT company.

On the job training is not a proper way given to new joiners. They will terminate you without any prior information and in an unprofessional way.
