One can get to learn a lot from this firm. Complete project his handed over to the incharged engineer which looks from start to end. Very supportive staff.

Dislikes

Compensation in poor. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 12 hrs straight. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is quite a tedious job. Office politics is very active.
