It's a big school in a prime location.

Dislikes

1. Lack of system and good communication skills among employee and management. 2. Lack of job satisfaction 3. Extreme office politics and favouritism 4. Have to wait long hours to get things,ideas sanctioned. 5. No separate room for counselor is provided. Counselor and special educator share same room. 6. No orientation to the new joinee is given. They usually has to go and seek all information by themselves.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
