Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It's very pethetic company , the entrepreneur will give you headache, no one is able to work at that place for more than 3 months the entrepreneur is hypocrite yes of course he has the knowledge but when it comes to applying to its owm firm he rejects his own ideas, even he doesn't offer tea to their employees you only have to pay for your own tea...
