For freshers in SICU was excellent to learning each and everything and also for freshers there was a opportunity to learn about ICU from the doctors and senior brother and sister.

If you are ready to work only in your hometown then only you can join this company , this company management is worst , no facilities nothing some people were supportive others has no work but to do useless chit chat .

In this Hospital Deputy Medical Superintendent has no backbone He is the HOD of this paramedic course Very poor Management If I done oiling then it is ok But I dislike oiling.

Extreme work pressure with lots of management interferance. Biased on appraisal. Not proper support system and infrastructure to handle the work pressure . Not appreciating individual effort given to the institution.
