... outright deceitful. I have not been paid for my work, and I'm not the only one. Several other employees have received similar emails, denying them the pay rightful earned. Avoid this organization at all costs if you value fairness & professionalism.

I left due to rude behaviour on part of the owner. They did not pay me for the 15 days I worked for them due to some weird rule that writers do not get paid if they leave during probation. They are now using all my contents and posts without crediting me for it. Lastly the owner will find fault in all your work, never let you speak and whenever you say something her favourite term for it is Excuses! That too when 6 of my articles that I wrote for them ranked among the top 100 articles on their site. On top of that you have to sit glued to your laptop due to the work tracker they have. Its a mental health awareness company! How rich!

It had a good hybrid working culture. Salary was on time. Work time is balanced.

No development of career. No significant salary increment or benefits. Office environment is not progressive, it's kinda like you're in the 70s work culture. Management doesn't trust their employees.

I had an extremely negative experience working at Minds Journal Pvt Ltd. The company’s management, led by Director Sakshi Choudhary, was unfair and unprofessional. I was shocked and disappointed when, on December 10, I received an email informing me that I had been terminated from the company as of November 1 – more than a month after I had been working there. To make matters worse, I was not paid for the work I had done during that time. This situation was not only frustrating but also stressful, as I had no prior warning or communication about any issues with my performance. The lack of transparency and communication from the company was appalling. The email informing us of our termination was a cold and impersonal way to end our employment, and it left us in a difficult financial position without any explanation or support.
