If you want to learn & groom yourself go-ahead, the best place in terms of job security, salary timing is fine, policies are perfect 5 days working, 2 PL, Medical benefits PF deductions from 2nd month, management of the company is young & cool.

Parking issues are the main concern nearby office better if use 2 wheeler.

job security was the main concern during covid 19, many of other company was deducting salary during this period but we were getting same salary as before covid. So job security, company policies, management all are fine as not aspected by me.

The working team is of about 12 peoples so sometimes you have to help others.

Salary structure is is wonderful and working culture is eco friendly and if any one have to learn and earn all the guys should work there. There is no bound to earn. Thanks to meetout kitchen to give me wonderful opportunities.

In my concern, if you are fresher & want to understand ups & downs of startup company & have the courage to do extra effort then go ahead.

Only the benefits are low, just as transport cost is not paid by the company but is work from home so, I am ok with it.
