They have bond with you for 6 months of joining if you leave company before 6 months you have to pay 2 lakh rupees to the company for give you training actually they not provide any training. In 6 months life like a hell because of overtime for urgent delivery of work.

This callous approach to personnel management stains the company's reputation. Without meaningful changes, The Marcom Avenue remains a place tainted by the shadow of termination without empathy. I cannot recommend The Marcom Avenue as a desirable workplace.

I had high hopes when I joined, but those hopes quickly dissipated due to numerous issues within the company. Poor Management: The management at The Marcom Avenue is highly disorganized and lacks effective communication skills. Managers often fail to provide clear directions or feedback, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Their approach is very top-down, and they rarely listen to or value input from the staff. Decisions are made arbitrarily without considering the impact on the team. Unprofessional Behavior from Management: One of the most concerning issues is the unprofessional behavior of some managers. There have been multiple instances where a particular manager has shown inappropriate *favoritism* towards certain female employees, often making others uncomfortable. This unprofessional conduct not only undermines morale but also creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment.
