Never go behind the Market image of this company,you will never get paid timely nor well here, The director is so moody & starts shouting at anyone at workplace to vent out his frustration with no business ethics, & his wife Hiya is another troubler who only do politics,manipulations & gossips at workplace to mislead people, she even demand medical documents for a single day sick leave while they deduct salary for leaves too, she interfere with personal life of employees & ready to fire people anytime as per her convenience. The company has founded long ago but still struggling for it's existence & still keep hiring people when they can't afford salaries, just playing with employees career.

No personal life, the director can call you whenever he feels like it. No job security, you can get fired even for a silly mistake or not even making a mistake like boss has the right to fire you if you deny to work on Sunday. Well as the boss barks at you for committing a small mistake or the no mistake. He just pours his frustration out on his employees.
