...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ake you do all kind of odd jobs like serving tea and filling water in washroom Management will pay you for 1 designation and will make you work for all departments please do not fall for their sugar coated words because they just want their work to be done Fake appreciation lies in their genes. No professionalism. Strict work timings, sal deductions even if 5 mins late. Will make you work even during heavy rainfall or any other issue. If you take a pre approved leave yet be ready to see angry faces the next day. No extra curricular activity by HR. HR in this firm is only for name sake and recruitment

Partners feels like each employees are like their servants. They themselves judge employees by the looks and the quality of clothes they wear and not by their skills. I remember a sales guy been called as a housekeeper because of his looks and the other guy taged as a steward. How I wish they could just stop doing Micro management, favouritism, biasness, & treat employees with dignity of work they have hired for. The new person who has been hired carries the same attitude. His history on papers and the place he worked is still a mismatch. The company ask us to get the police verification and reference check done. I doubt if they have done the same for this senior. He enjoys his trip to the company resort as he can boose and get sloshed.

Owners and their micromanagement is disgusting, no professionalism, no value for an HR let it be senior or junior, only Brown nosers are the owner's favorite and only they get the appraisal's. looking at the history of the HRs at Machan I think the owner have a special problem with the HR team, What promised while joining is never given to the candidate as well as the HR by giving lame reasons. I don't know why they hire an HOD when they want anything done with their permission, even the silliest thing needs an approval. Though they may be well educated their behavior often come across as quiet unrefined or unsophisticated. Any HR who is planning to join Machan its my suggestion, please do go and make your life hell.

Worst place to work. Seniors doesn't make any to for the growth of company, however executives was blame for every single thing. Hire people only during monsoon. Once the season is over they plan to lay off their employees. Worst team leader ever had. Always ask to extend working hours no personal life at all.
