Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

no job security, insecured job environment, Principal's attitude is not commentable , Wrongly judgement, work pressure,sudden layoff without considering faculty's family circumstance and institutional policies. no encouragement from higher officials, cornering. No respect for senior faculties. New staff ,old staff partialities by management
