Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Can't describe in words, there is such a good company and environment here. Don't know whether I will get a boss like Mr. Krishna Pandey in future. He is really kind, best motivator, best leader and best speaker of my journey so far. But the interesting thing is that the owner hook is also very close to every employee. According to my experience, this is the best company for the starting phase of the careers , For me it will always be the best company. Like family. #RANKONE.
