The workshops i used to like where everybody learnt things every year. Quick Promotions(not for talented people)

Dislikes

It was used to be promotion are just promotion no salary raise(only favourite whistleblowers get promotion and appraisal.Salary hike is a joke which happens in December month get paid in January woww such a joke and bad management.if you are hardworking you will get work lot more than others but forget promotion and salary raise which is hardly 12000-15000k(bcz increament used to happen in December every year so, in a year calculate the % of salary raised(hardly 1%-4%)

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Even after working so hard Management has fired 40-50% of faculty in COVID19 Situation. In the name of online classes, they are treating students like auditorium audience. Single teacher is taking online classes of mutliple batchs together. Whereas there is no relaxation in school fees and all the class sections has 100% seat occupied. Management is taking full advantage of the current situation.

I've had the privilege of teaching at The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar for the past 10 years and I must say it's been an incredible journey! The supportive administration, collaborative staff and enthusiastic students make it a joy to come to work everyday. The school's emphasis on holistic education and innovation is truly inspiring. I have seen my students grow not just academically but also as confident, empathetic and curious individuals. Kudos to the Lexicon team for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and excellence!

The Lexicon International School offers ame opportunities for upskilling, professional development, exploring new avenues and overall growth as a teaching professioal and as an individual. The atmosphere is homely and everyone is cooperative and caring.

Dislikes

The increments are not in proportion with the amount of work done or duties/ responsibilities/ special tasks undertaken. Moreover, certain policies like denying access to mobile phones to teachers, feels like an act of mistrust towards the teachers. We are serious and mature professionals, and understand the dignity if the role of a teacher. Denying access to mobile phones (outside classroom of course) puts a question mark on our integrity and the organization's trust on its employees.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to work with at The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. My experience here has been truly unforgettable, and I am deeply appreciative of the support and camaraderie of the team. I want to specially recognize the leadership's exceptional problem-solving skill and their ability to work under pressure. Throughout my time at the school, I have learned to effectively integrate content, pedagogy, and the learning have to create meaningful learning experience. I also gained insights into various learning style models and how to implement them in my teaching. This journey has been incredible learning experience, and I would welcome the opportunity to rejoin the school in the future. I will certainly recommend The Lexicon International School to fellow educators as it is place that fosters growth and excellence. Thank You

Parking facilities specifically Car is insufficient.
