The increments are not in proportion with the amount of work done or duties/ responsibilities/ special tasks undertaken. Moreover, certain policies like denying access to mobile phones to teachers, feels like an act of mistrust towards the teachers. We are serious and mature professionals, and understand the dignity if the role of ateacher.
