As a teammate I helped in organizing various events like sports day and annual concert.I have learnt so many activities, and some skills like how to motivate, nurture and grow the personality of children. I have taken some training classes to teach them.I love the fact that I am apart of it and another plus point that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work in happily collaboration.

Nothing much to say about.

The whole experience was not good at all...no work ethics only politics and no confidentiality my offer letter was seen by all the staff it was send by post to the centre. Useage of regional language most of the time infront of kids also. In the name of day care kids were made to sleep all the time before the parent comes to pick up the kid, the didi's used to get the ready ready change their cloths put powder n all make that kid look fresh. And the most shocking part was accounts if sale targets are not met the counselor used to call existing parents n start asking post dated cheques to show there sale target is acheived who does that....and area sales manager is also ok with this as she is answerable to her boss....OMG I totally cant work in this kind of work environment.

Working in the learning curve was a good learning experience as it was my first teaching job and had no experience before but yes with the help of my fellow teachers and helping staff I could work in the school for an year and yes I had to stop working due to the pandemic and eagerly waiting if I can join back again.
