No payment on time, No job security, Bas Salary 3rd month aati hai, baaki theek hai Expenses saal me ek baar aate hai, baaki theek hai Expenses agr 8k pocket se lgaay hai to 3k aynege, baaki theek hai Salary ke liye nhi pooch skte, baaki company brand hai Employees ko torture krne ke liye ek female staff hire kr rkha hai, Poora month torture sehn krne ke baad bhi salary aise maangni padti hai jaise udhaar maanga hai aapka opinion apne pass rkho, management Sab janti hai, Hr ki wording hai, inki management me ek doosre se koi coordination nhi hai, Expenses Salary ki umeed mtt rkho, Company Sales ke liye aapko call kre to aap chahe Mr rhe ho call uthana padega, lekin aap Salary ke liye aap call nhi kr skte otherwise termination aayega, Salary expenses me Unnecessary deduction, aap justification nhi maang skte, agar maanga to saamne se mail ko aise ignore krenge jaise udhaar maanga ho

... all false and force reviews. HR have ther own attitude and no sense of any job. don't have any HR policy, salary date is not fix. Hiring and firing employees on egoistic design.

Dislikes

They have there own call center for ther own employees to harass them and ask them to what u done in the day and reporting. Don't expect for FNF after leaving the job.

Uneducated management. HR are more arrogant than upper management. No salary on time for example you will get a salary of jan month in feb end. Stupid and fake upper management. No job security All VP's are uneducated persons. On every event of company the head office ask to come to Beed ( one of the district in Maharashtra). They can terminate you on any stupid point. Also they have one of the stupid legal team to track all this negative social reviews about the company to take legal action against the reviewer person. (My advice to remove all that legal to and use that money in some business development)

Culture was not goof and no respect at work place through management. Head office teM were illetrate and they were leading the business calls and talking to superstockiest and distributors and employee in the unprofessional manner.

No Job Security, The employer doesn't release the salaries in time due to no availability of funds, No mediclaim facilities, no canteen, worst culture.

Dislikes

No rules and regulations, faking company Turnover, doesn't have funds to disburse the salaries , the salaries are being credited after 2 months, no facilities, worst management, no ethics, illiterate VP's.
