If you are chapluse then your salary will increase. I was worked 3years but didn't get any salary hike and that time Abhiney was center head. Many of good and decent people left there job because of center head.

Pull out policy Help means to support not to impose whole work on the staff which has come to help Respect nurses as you respect doctor and faculty members.They are not working to listen harsh comments passed by doctors, patients, attendents and by other without making a mistake

They are not support their staff in front of patient if patient and their family member is wrong . They torture mentally and emotionally. For management money and their customers is important not staff .

No respect for nurses ,HR not treating nurses professionally, least bothered about why nurses are leaving the job ,in OT and ivf nurses are treated very badly so think and join Kalyaninagar unit

There is a think which I like most is here is a happy environment we give happy moments to patient and create a family every day . this is gives me a satisfaction to work

One and most important think is which I don't like is that here is nothing for nursing staff . Every buddy treat like we are nothing only doctors are important.
