Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Its location itself is wonderful.Culture and environment so beautiful. Gulmarg Kashmir is really so beautiful.8000ft above sea level. No traffic croud our Noice pollution there. Itz Himalayan area. Their Hospitality i hv never seen or find anywhere across the country. Management is 100% out 100 .
