The company is fit place for a newcomer and those who are graduated.Those who have little confuse about which direction to move in thier starting career,The Kerala minerals and Metals Limited is a good place for training.while doing apprenticeship we will work different sections and different department as part of training.By doing training,trianee can study and analyse the job they are doing and most importantly when they interact with company staffs and workers they will get knowledge and trainee will get to know which job is trainee capable off.The KMML is giving a wonderful opportunity for the newcomers and it's appriciatable that they are trying to raise talented youth for future.The company staffs and workers are good to spread the knowledge to the trainees.

It was nice experience for ever in my life. Because when am entering to safety big zero but after completing my training from KMML I know everything for example tool box meeting. Induction training. Safety inspection jsa. Different kinds of work permits. Now am too much of familiar with all types of fire extinguisher. How to deals with emergency situations mock drill. And also how to prepare accident report. And the most important thing is how to behave in a hazardous company. KMML ITS REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE FOR A FRESHER AND PROFESSIONAL
